Visting the Zoo

Today I took Jesse to the zoo! My friend, Tira, and I decided that we needed to get out of our houses and go do something fun with our kids, so we went up to salt Lake to the Hogle Zoo. It was SO much fun! We walked around the entire park and saw everything imaginable (even a baby girafe!). Jesse was really good, but I doubt that he understood what was going on. Tira's little girl is named Aliya, and she is seven months old now so she was able to appreciate the animals a little more. Overall the trip was very fun and I was able to have a little get-away from everyday life. Here are some of the pictures and some of the fun things that we did: (the last picture is of the souvineer that we got jesse- his first bath toy, and squeaky tree frog)

Your trip looks like so much fun! I LOVE the squeaky tree frog. It's a good first bath toy choice...we might be able to turn him into a famous herpetologist! (Snake, lizard, and amphibian scientist).

Love,
Anne
